US inmate ‘eaten alive’ by bed bugs in jail
The family of Lashawn Thompson, an inmate at Fulton County Jail, has called for the prison to be closed due to the death of Thompson last year. Thompson was “eaten alive by insects and bed bugs,” according to the family’s attorney, Michael D. Harper.
