Russia halts Black Sea Grain Initiative
Russia withdrew from the Black Sea Grain Initiative on July 17. Russia said that the EU sanction affected the exportation of its own foodstuffs. The UN voiced its concerns about the fate of millions of people, who face hunger and depend on grain supply from the warring countries (Russia and Ukraine).
