Tunisian elections dilemma
On Saturday, December 17, Tunisia recorded the lowest electoral turnout in its recent history with a rate of 8.8% in the initial results. As a result, The Tunisian opposition, represented by the National Salvation Front, was calling for boycotting the elections to not give President Kais Saied’s “coup” legitimacy.
